The Territory Manager handles sales and operations/franchise development within a specific region.

Skills Needed:

• Sales experience. Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
• Must be highly self-motivated, a terrific presenter, and a great communicator.
• Always ask for the sale.
• Experience in Janitorial, Floor Care, and Carpet knowledge is preferred
• Be able to multitask with ease.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
• Be able to effectively and efficiently resolve a wide range of customer issues.
• Have a demonstrated record of leadership and be able to lead by example.
• Have a history of coaching and growing a strong team.
• Computer skills include the ability to navigate the internet, email, Google Workspace (calendar, drive), Google Docs, Google Sheets.
• Reliable and hardworking.
• Great Customer Service.
• Communication skills and the ability to get along with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience in Janitorial Operation is strongly preferred.
• Multiunit, multilocation, restaurant service, or franchising background is a plus.

Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Solicitation and qualification of sales appointments.
• Keeping current daily records of contacts to maintain a solicitation record and for re-solicitation.
• Maintain and recommend updates of materials and registers used in the identification and solicitation of clients.
• Computer skills include the ability to navigate the internet, email, Google Workspace (calendar, drive), Google Docs, Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM
• Build relationships with both Stratus clientele and Stratus franchisees.
• Receive and remedy client complaints.
• Conduct quality audits to guarantee a high quality of service to our clients.
• Handle the startup of service to new clients.
• Handle transfers of service from one franchisee to another.
• Quote and sell one-time services to existing clients.
• Train new franchisees.
• Conduct quarterly meetings with franchisees.
• No overnight travel required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
